Allphones Gift Cards

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

1.  By Purchasing or Redeeming (in part or in full) an Allphones Gift Card you agree: a) to be bound by these Terms & Conditions; b) acknowledge that you have read our privacy policy.
2. The Allphones Gift Card is redeemable for purchases at participating Allphones stores in Australia only. Participating stores are listed on our web site www.allphones.com.au. Allphones endeavours to keep this list current and up to date but to avoid any inconvenience the customer should contact the Allphones store where the wish to use the gift card prior to use, to confirm participation and acceptance in store. Allphones does not accept responsibility for stores not participating in the Gift Card program.
3. Gift Card is not redeemable for cash The Allphones Gift Card is partially redeemable
4. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Treat the Allphones Gift Card like cash.
5. No change will be given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases at participating Allphones stores 
6. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value of the card before the expiry date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires 
7. Where the cost of the purchases exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the gift card balance 
8. Gift Card is valid until the expiry date on the card as indicated on the receipt received at the time the card was issued. If an expiry date is not specified, the expiry date will be twelve months after the date Allphones issued the card. 
9. The Allphones Pty Ltd Gift Card cannot be reloaded.. It is up to the customer to use the full value before the expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Any unused balance on expiry of the Allphones Gift Card will not be refunded or credited.
10. The customer is liable for all transactions on the Allphones Gift Card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Allphones or any of Allphones' employees. 
11. Allphones Pty Ltd reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use will be available on the website, www.allphones.com.au
