How Information is Collected

Any information collected by Allphones is done so for the necessary functioning of our business.  We may collect your personal information when you supply it to us in any way. We require your personal information for the purpose of providing you with Allphones products and services. If you do not provide us with your personal information we may not be able to adequately supply to you.

We may collect your personal information when you register with us to receive information or to enter a competition or promotion. We may email, phone or mail you with information about Allphones, our latest offers and other relevant information. You may unsubscribe to this information service at anytime.

Use and Disclosure of Information

Allphones commits to the protection of your personal information. Allphones pledges not to sell, rent or trade your personal information. Before divulging any sensitive information, Allphones will seek permission from you before doing so.

Allphones is entitled to use and disclose personal information if it has reason to suspect unlawful activity has been, is being or may be, engaged in and it is necessary for the investigation of the unlawful activity. Allphones will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for use or disclosure permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 

Access to Your Information

You may make an application to Allphones to access your personal information. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Allphones must take reasonable steps to let you know, generally, what sort of personal information we hold, for what purposes, and how we collect, hold, use and disclose that information.
